CHAKRAS friday at 10am
Learn about the chakras, what it looks like in and out of balance. Connect with your own chakras and discover how they are doing. Learn some methods to help align the chakras for a well-balanced and healthy life. Crystals and Aromatherapy products will be available to test out as well as buy, both specific to the individual chakra as well as balancing to all of them. This is a participatory workshop in aligning our personal chakras.
Natural Healing: saturday at 1pm
Aromatherapy has been used for a long time. Discover through the ages how people learned about the use of herbs and oils to helps in all aspects of life, all over the world. Take home recipes used in ancient times, as incense, to heal and to mystify. Sample some ready-made blends taken from some of those recipes.
Ayurveda: sunday at 10am
Learn the ancient art of whole body healing. Figure out which Dosha you relate to, if it’s in or out of balance, and steps to take to balance them. Aromatherapy products will be available to help in balancing for testing as well as for sale
